What is SLIV?
SLIV is a fast-dissolving flavor strip. Twenty paper-thin strips come in a clear case shaped like a worry stone. Put one on your tongue and it melts right in.
What flavors are there?
Four: Mint (cool, clean), Mixed Berry (bright, bold), Mango (warm, golden) and Clear (pure, unflavored). Each case holds one flavor.
How do I open the case?
Squeeze both long sides of the stone and the front of the lid flips up. Take a strip, let go, and the lid clicks shut.
How many strips are in a case?
Twenty, held flat inside.
How big is the case?
2.76 × 1.34 × 0.45 in (70 × 34 × 11.5 mm). In other words: it fits the coin pocket of your jeans.
How should I store SLIV?
Store at 59–77 °F (15–25 °C), dry, with the lid closed. Never in a hot car or direct sun. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Why the Petoskey stone?
It's Michigan's state stone: fossil coral about 350 million years old, found along the Lake Michigan shore. Its six-sided cells share their geometry with the dome texture on the SLIV case, so the stone became our signature.
